GSM Data Logger – Smart Remote Monitoring and Control Solution
The GSM Data Logger is a multi-channel, remotely manageable monitoring and data logging system developed for industrial and commercial applications. With support for analog inputs, temperature-humidity sensors, digital (logic) inputs, and Modbus communication, it collects data from various devices and sensors on a single platform, securely records it, and transmits it to a web-based interface.
The device offers a wide monitoring capacity with 2 analog inputs, 2 temperature-humidity sensors, 2 digital (logic) inputs, and 16 Modbus parameters. All measurements are automatically recorded at user-defined intervals and transmitted to the web platform via GSM. This enables real-time access to critical field data from anywhere in the world.
With its advanced alarm management system, up to 32 independent alarms can be configured. Individual threshold values can be set for each parameter, and in alarm conditions, the device automatically sends SMS notifications. In addition, relay outputs can be triggered based on alarm conditions, allowing seamless integration with external systems.
Thanks to Modbus support, the GSM Data Logger can be easily integrated with different brands and models of industrial devices. By changing the device profile via the web interface, the parameter structure can be quickly adapted to match the connected Modbus device. This provides maximum flexibility, allowing a single hardware platform to be used across multiple applications.
With two temperature-humidity sensors, the device can simultaneously monitor indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. Sensor cables can be extended up to 25 meters, enabling measurements from multiple or distant locations.
The user-friendly LCD display and control buttons allow easy on-site configuration of all basic settings. All data collected and transmitted to the web platform can be reported in graphical, Excel, and PDF formats, providing a professional infrastructure for analysis, reporting, and long-term data archiving.
