The HT2 MAX is a multifunctional measurement and control device developed to measure, monitor, record, and provide automatic control of temperature and humidity values with high accuracy in industrial environments.
Thanks to its structure that can read two temperature–humidity sensors simultaneously, environmental conditions at different points can be centrally monitored through a single device. The ability to extend the sensor connection distance up to 30 meters provides a significant advantage, especially in large areas and applications with multiple measurement points.
HT2 MAX displays all measured values in real time on its LCD screen. The humidity and temperature values of both sensors can be clearly monitored separately on the display (S1 Humidity, S1 Temperature, S2 Humidity, S2 Temperature). Turkish and English language support offers ease of use for different user profiles.
Measurement, Alarm, and Logging Features
HT2 MAX does not only perform measurements; it also provides intelligent alarm and logging mechanisms based on the measured values.
- Generates alarms when predefined temperature and humidity threshold values are exceeded
- Records alarm events in its internal memory together with date, time, and measured value information
- Alarm records are stored directly on the device (no external data transfer required)
- Instantly notifies the user via a buzzer (audible alarm) when an alarm occurs
This ensures that potentially risky situations in the system are detected quickly and that necessary actions can be taken without delay.
Automation and Integration Capabilities
HT2 MAX is designed to operate in full compatibility with industrial automation systems.
With the device’s:
- Analog outputs
- Current: 0–20 mA / 4–20 mA
- Voltage: 0–5 V / 0–10 V
- RS485 Modbus RTU communication output
it can be easily integrated into PLC, SCADA, and building automation systems. In addition, the two relay outputs on the device enable automatic control of equipment such as fans, air conditioners, ventilation systems, humidifiers, and heaters based on temperature and humidity values.
Remote Control Advantage Without HMI Requirement
One of the standout features of HT2 MAX is its ability to provide remote monitoring and control without the need for an HMI panel.
By using two HT2 MAX devices:
- Temperature and humidity measurement values at remote locations can be read
- Relay outputs and analog outputs can be controlled remotely
This structure eliminates the need for an additional control panel in the field, reducing installation costs and simplifying system architecture.
Powerful, Flexible, and Reliable
With its wide power supply range of 8–30 VDC, HT2 MAX can be safely used in various industrial applications. Its robust design, advanced measurement and control features, and flexible integration capabilities make HT2 MAX a long-lasting and professional solution.
By combining measurement, alarm, logging, and automatic control processes in a single device, HT2 MAX helps create safer, more controlled, and more efficient working environments.
